A team of Corbel’s motoring enthusiasts dubbed ‘East Anglia’s answer to Top Gear’ are taking part in the 2014 ‘Monte Carlo or Bust Banger Rally Adventure’ for two Suffolk charities.

From 17 to 20 July, four staff from Corbel will be driving from Ipswich to Monte Carlo to raise funds for Genesis Orwell Mencap, which provides support for people with disabilities across South Suffolk, and Headway, the brain injury association.

The Corbel team includes Director Paul Lough (also known as ‘The Guvnor’), Technical Support Les Baker (Lesmundo – The Mechanic), Technical Support Michael Peck (also known as ‘Don’t take the Mikey’) and Client Based Technical Support Keiron Orris (AKA ‘The Spare’).

Paul Lough, Director at Corbel said: “We’re thoroughly looking forward to taking part in this challenge and hope we will be able to complete the rally and still remain friends!

We have worked with Genesis Orwell Mencap and Headway for a number of years and are excited to raise much needed funds for two very worthwhile causes.”
