different industry segments including manufacturing and software development.
Since 1997 T&M (founded in Ipswich in 1855) have grown to be the UK’s largest
horticultural direct marketing company serving both the amateur gardener and
experienced grower via multi channel marketing and distribution.

Rob Thacker
Director at Pound Gates

Rob has worked in risk management and insurance broking for 26 years, joining
Pound Gates in 2009 initially as sales manager and becoming a director in 2012. As
proud Chartered Insurance Brokers who look beyond pure insurance, we provide
clients with certainty through our commitment to understanding their businesses
and offering tailored risk solutions to meet client needs.

Karen Rogers
Senior Account Manager at Corbel Solutions

Karen has worked within the IT industry for 26 years. With a portfolio of major
clients, Karen and her team are responsible for the day to day management of these
accounts and more importantly the regular, monthly and quarterly reviews which
enables the development within their businesses to maintain current, cost effective
solutions.
