More information on Microsoft price changes
Microsoft has announced that it will be making British pound price changes for enterprise software and cloud services within the EU/EFTA region, effective January 1st 2017. Enterprise software will increase by 13% and most enterprise cloud prices will increase by 22%.
So how will these Microsoft price changes affect you?
Corporate, public sector and academic customers – These pricing adjustments will affect prices for new product additions under existing Volume Licensing Agreements (including MOLP, OVP/OVS, MPSA, EA/EAS/SCE, CSP and MPSA). Any purchases under new contracts will be as defined by the price list at the time of order.
Business customers – These changes will not affect existing orders under annuity volume licensing agreements for products that are subject to price protection.
Consumers – These pricing changes will not apply to consumer software or cloud software.
