Step 2 – Managing the transition to a new IT provider

  • Introduction calls with your application vendors
  • Discussing and agreeing a migration plan for a seamless transition giving you confidence there will be minimal downtime
  • Regular updates throughout the onboarding process
  • Corbel team on-site for the go live dates
  • Personalised Starters and Leavers forms created
  • Overview of the Corbel ticketing portal
  • Appointment of an Account Manager to manage our partnership
  • Securing systems from your previous supplier on handover day

Step 3 – Maximising your IT Enablement

Once we are your technology partner, we will appoint one of our experienced Account Managers to work with you, ensuring that your business goals are fully aligned with your IT Infrastructure and that your systems are secure and following best practice to keep you protected from the increasing Cyber Threat. A technology roadmap is in place to make sure your IT is working as hard as possible for you.
