Corbel has worked with St. Joseph’s college for over 5 years, initially providing support for their Panasonic telephone system and the installation of telephony cabling.

Following a major IT system failure, which impacted over 450 users, St. Joseph’s college engaged Corbel to provide urgent assistance with their HP server infrastructure. Having successfully restored St. Joseph’s IT system by building-in resilience and optimising the existing infrastructure solution, a formal support agreement was put in place with Corbel which included daily network and server infrastructure assessments and production of a bespoke management report.

In 2012 Corbel was asked to manage St. Joseph’s entire IT and telephone infrastructure at the college, including a member of the Corbel team being permanently based on-site. This move has significantly benefitted the college, including improved response time and resolution of IT support calls in addition to accurate/cost effective procurement of technical equipment.

As the chosen IT support partner, Corbel is proactively working with the management team on future projects – bringing knowledge, flexibility and experience along with solutions to further enhance St. Joseph’s IT infrastructure.
