The types of IT issues that the helpdesk supports include technical issues with hardware, software and applications. The helpdesk is designed to provide rapid resolution of technical issues to minimise downtime and maximise productivity. 

Our service level agreement is 4 hours; however our average response time is consistently under 30 minutes and we prioritise multi user issues by allocating an engineer immediately. 

Remote support works through a dedicated online service portal, where you can easily create a support ticket for your issue. The portal allows you to view your progress of support issues you may have raised via the portal, email or telephone. Alternatively, you can send an email to our ticketing system, and we will work on it as soon as possible. Every endpoint or server that we manage for you will have remote monitoring and management agent installed on it to ensure, quick and secure remote access. 

You can escalate an issue by our portal, telephone or email. In addition, every customer that we partner with has a dedicated account manager that can also act as a point of escalation. If you are experiencing a multiuser issue we will immediately allocate an engineer and a communications lead to ensure that you are kept fully informed at all times. 

Our standard support hours are 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays with 24/7 monitoring and alerting. However, we are able to offer options outside of these hours if required including coverage from 8:00am if required.
